Spazio36 by Daniel Patelli in compliance with the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 regarding the protection of personal data, wishes to inform you that your personal data will be processed, with suitable tools including IT, according to legal procedures and in accordance with correctness and informs you that:
PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data are processed with automated tools necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
PROCEDURE FOR PROVISION
The provision of data by the User is mandatory in order to carry out the aforementioned purposes. Any refusal to respond prevents Spazio36 by Daniel Patelli from carrying out all the aforementioned purposes. The owner and manager of data processing is Spazio36 by Daniel Patelli in the person of its pro tempore sole administrator; all the data collected may be communicated to any person, including the people appointed to process the data by the owner; the dissemination of the data collected is expected both nationally and abroad.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
– Collect personal data and information from company management and the user, with the explicit exclusion of sensitive data (for example racial and ethnic origin, religious or philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life) and judicial data.
– Send advertising and information material.
– Carry out commercial communications, including interactive ones.
– Carry out direct sales or placement activities of products or services.
– Develop studies and statistical research on sales, customers and other information, and possibly communicate the same to third parties.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES (Art. 7 of the legislative decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196)
Right of access to personal data and other rights
1- The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2- The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the owner, managers and representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
3- The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this requirement is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4- The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
CONSENT
By providing the data for the aforementioned purposes, aware that without your consent the data collection cannot take place, you guarantee the truthfulness and compliance with current legislation of the data provided and give your consent pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, to the processing of data provided by Spazio36 di Daniel Patelli.
